If you have already read some of our
posts, you might probably wonder how our service works, how you can contact us,
how we can actually help you solve your problem with the language. Well, in the
next few lines I’ll explain this process so that you can use this post as a
guide to our services.
The first step can be named: knowing
us. As mentioned in our description, we are a group of translators and
interpreters. That means that we work with written and oral texts as well. So
if you need help with one or both of them, we can be the
solution. This brings us to the next step: contacting us. This step is pretty
easy, since you only have to send us an e-mail to translateinchile@gmail.com
describing the type of service you need: translation, interpretation, cultural
guidance, editing or proofreading; description of the topic of your oral or
written text and its level of specificity; number of pages in case of a
translation; estimated amount of time in case of an interpretation; and most
importantly, when exactly you are going to need our services, i.e., a deadline
for the translators or the specific period of work for interpreters.
With these facts we can contact you
back and give you information about prices and/or ask you for more details
about your text, its context or even yourself. This step is called: trusting
us. This final stage is the most important one because developing clients’
trust is one of the main goals of Translate-in-Chile. Furthermore, trust is the
starting point of any good relationship and we firmly believe that the
establishment of solid professional networks is a benefit for both client and
service provider.
Following these easy three steps you
will be able to solve your problem with communication in a different language
and, therefore, to have a better time visiting Chile. We hope that you consider
